Why is the fireplace turning off and not turning back on? There are two possible reasons. Firstly, the fireplace may have overheated, causing the thermal switch to disconnect or the home circuit breaker to open. In this case, please unplug the fireplace, wait for 5 minutes, and then plug it back in and turn it on.

Secondly, if only the middle vent is blowing hot air, don't worry, as this is completely normal. Most electric fireplaces draw in cold air from the side vents and release hot air from the middle vent to achieve better air circulation.

If you press the "Heater" button and there is no hot air, it is likely that the ambient temperature is already high. To activate the "Forced Heating" mode, you can set the electric fireplace temperature to 99℉.

If your remote control is not working, there are a few possible reasons. Firstly, the battery may be low and need to be replaced. Secondly, the remote control may not be aligned with the sensor position. Lastly, the remote control itself may be defective and need to be replaced.
